Offices

Office of Audits
Provides DHR with a high degree of accountability for the proper expenditure of department funds and the assurance of program integrity.

Office of Communications
The Office of Communications informs and educates the public, the media and DHR employees on issues related to the department’s services and programs.

Office of Facilities & Support Services
Provides client transportation services, facility management, real and personal property management, business operations support services, and emergency preparedness and response coordination for the department.

Office of Financial Services
Provides administrative support to DHR in the areas of Procurement/Contracts Administration, Accounts Payable, Subsystems Management, Payroll, Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT), and Funds Management.

Office of Human Resource Management & Development
Provides DHR Employees with a variety of on-going training programs, special request programs, conference planning, audio-visual services, web-based training, and organizational development services from assessment and diagnosis to specific interventions.

Office of Information Technology
Provides computing, applications management, IT procurement, network, and telecommunications services to all divisions and offices of the Department of Human Resources.

Office of Inspector General
The DHR Office of Inspector General was established in 2007 to provide investigative oversight across the DHR Enterprise.

Office of Investigative Services
Investigates fraud in public assistance programs, suspected employee misconduct, and misuse of funds within DHR and by anyone contracted to DHR.

Office of Regulatory Services
The Office of Regulatory Services (ORS) inspects, monitors, licenses, registers, and certifies a variety of health and child care facilities.
